Prices

The prices stated on the website and/or in brochure material apply per person per night. Motorhotel La Mouche reserves the right to adjust these prices at any time.

Reservation and payment

The reservation will be confirmed by us by e-mail. At the same time, we ask that 50% of the total amount be paid in advance by bank within two weeks. Only after receipt thereof is the reservation final, which will be confirmed by us by e-mail. The remainder of the total amount must be received by us no later than six weeks before the date of arrival. If this is not done, the reservation will be cancelled.

For reservations made within eight weeks before the date of arrival, 100% prepayment of the total amount is requested. After receipt, the reservation is final and we will confirm this by e-mail. These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations or stays.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be communicated or confirmed to us by e-mail.

• If you cancel up to six weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
• If you cancel between six and three weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the applicable amount will be refunded;
• No refund will be made if canceled up to three weeks before the arrival date.

Motorhotel La Mouche advises you to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance, so that you do not have to bear the costs yourself in the event of cancellation.

Liability

An agreement is entered into by making a reservation. These general terms and conditions apply to the agreement entered into. The person who enters into the agreement for himself and/or third parties is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from this agreement. Your stay at Motorhotel La Mouche is at your own risk. We accept no liability for bodily injury, material damage and/or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever, caused to or caused by guests and/or third parties.
Jouw verblijf bij Motorhotel La Mouche geschiedt op eigen risico. Wij aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor lichamelijk letsel, materiaalschade en/of gevolgschade van welke aard dan ook, toegebracht aan of ontstaan door gasten en/of derden.

Parking and storing motorcycles, cars, etc. on the grounds of Motorhotel La Mouche is entirely at your own risk.
Damage to property of Motorhotel La Mouche or theft thereof will be charged to the perpetrator or the person jointly and severally liable.

If the room key is lost or taken with you by mistake or otherwise upon departure, the resulting costs will be fully borne by the person(s) who used the room in question, or by the jointly and severally liable party/ liable person.

Motorhotel La Mouche is not liable for damage resulting from calamities and/or other reasons of force majeure.

Other

• On the day of arrival you are welcome from 4:00 PM
• Smoking is not permitted in all buildings.
• It is not permitted to bring narcotics.
